Here’s to your health! Moneytree offers a generous supplemental health care plan (the “Plan”) coverage through CanadaLife that includes medical, dental, vision and prescription drug benefits. Plan benefits are available to Canadian Team Members and their eligible dependents.

We recognize the importance of “work/life balance.” Moneytree offers the following paid time off to eligible Team Members:

Moneytree helps you save for your retirement by offering a Group Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP). A Group RRSP plan is a retirement savings vehicle which allows you to make tax-deferred contributions through payroll deductions.

Moneytree provides an employee family assistance program (EFAP) to provide Team Members with a variety of confidential and professional services to help with a variety of everyday problems, including marital and family problems, stress, emotional distress, chemical dependency, child and elder care, legal questions, tax problems, pre-retirement planning, and financial and credit concerns.

We care about our communities. In addition to Moneytree’s corporate philanthropic budget, Moneytree makes cash donations to qualified charities up to the annual eligible amount when Team Members donate their own personal time.

Moneytree recognizes the need to support both adoptive and biological parents. To make adoption more affordable and to help move children from foster care to loving, permanent homes, Moneytree offers adoption reimbursement benefits to eligible Team Members for qualifying expenses.
