Money matters. Wages and salaries are an important element of your Overall Compensation. We pay competitive wages and salaries with opportunities for performance increases.

Here’s to your health! Moneytree offers a world-class health care plan coverage package that includes medical, dental, vision and prescription drug coverage. The plan includes low deductibles, low out-of-pocket expenses and low Team Member contributions. Benefits are available to eligible Team Members, spouses, qualified domestic partners and dependents.

We recognize the importance or “work/life balance.” Moneytree offers the following paid time off to eligible Team Members:

Learning never stops. Moneytree reimburses eligible Team Members for the cost of attending an accredited college, university or business/trade school up to the eligible annual reimbursement amount.

We care about our communities. In addition to Moneytree’s corporate philanthropic budget, Moneytree makes cash donations to qualified charities up to the annual eligible amount when Team Members donate their own personal time.
